Under duress..congress asked to sign Paulsons arrogant proposal..

no one in their right mind would have signed the proposal as presented by paulson and he knew that...the more I think about the tactic of it, the hotter I get because we have seen these shenanigans over and over...and if * had this disaster on his desk for the past several months, and did nothing...well, then...their is a lot of back room compromise going on...why?...why wait until the fire is about to burn the house down?...why?
