You are operating under the assumption that in the Bushies, you are dealing with people who are mopre akin to 1930s Americans than 1930s Germans. Unfortunately, these days the reverse is true.

Thus the Bushies will have no problem with the staggering hypocrisy of impeaching Obama. No problem shamelessly ignoring yesterday's history and no problem creating a tighly-interconnected false narrative around it that will almost make it seem reasonable to anyone not paying attention or lacking in critical thinking skills, which is to say at least one-thirdof the Amerikan Subject Populace, and perhaps much more.

So, I believe you are wrong. No shame stops the Bushies. No wimpy liberals mores about not prosecuting innocents. No facts, no reality, no NOTHING stops them.

So, will they impeach Obama at some point, especially if he somehow wins a second term (not likely with our corrupted and phony voting systems, but let's ignore that for the purposes of this post)?

Like Clinton, impeachment will likely start during the second terms. However, also like Clinton and Whitewater, the Buhiganda Noise Machine will start squirting it's squid ink into the air from Nov. 4th on, a la Clinton's Whitewater.

As with Whitewater, it will not matter whether Obama is innocent or guilty. Like Whitewater, there is a 99% certainty that whatever the Bushies decide to run with, it will be substanceless or mostly unture or like Whitewater, Obama will be innocent even if connected somehow.

So, my predictions are:

Actual Obama Impeachment Hearings (provided the Bushies can steal enough to get back into Congressional Power, which they might, given our corrupted and degenrated "voting" system) should start around 2013 or 2014, or perhaps (though I think it less likely) about 2011, if he is upsetting the applecart of the aristocracy too much.

It is almost 99% certain that the the Buhiganda Noise Machine will start squirting it's squid ink of half-truths and self-referential lies into the air from Nov. 4th on, a la Clinton's Whitewater.
