I'M PISSED AS HELL
Where in the fuck are our priorities?

We can give billions to a bunch of greedy Wall Street fat cats but we can't:

Have enough funding for the basic education of our children

Have enough funding to immunize children in poverty stricken communities

Have enough funding to shore up the levees of New Orleans before a Katrina like hurricane happened

Have enough funding for a single payer universal health care system

Have enough funding to feed our hungry

Have enough funding to help the imprisoned re-adjust to society

Have enough funding to keep the utilities on for people who are freezing

Have enough funding to lower our infant mortality rate

Have enough funding to invest in higher education for those who seek to serve and
have enough funding to for vocational education to help those who need good paying jobs

But we do have enough funding to finance:

a war that was built on false witness
a war that was fought against the wrong entity
a military budget of the likes that are staggering
a tax cut for the rich
a tax break for obscenely wealthy oil companies
a welfare handout to any large contributor of the Republican Party

Where are our priorities? Look at what we have become as a nation in 28 years (Reagan) and most specifically 8 years (Bush Jr.)

We have become hated in many countries and cultures of the world
We have become the laughing stock of educated people when they view our Republican nominees
We have become untrustworthy in regards to our financial dealings
We are viewed as suspect when we engage in foreign affairs
We sinking into being a third world nation

Why?

Greed on the part of giant corporations, their board of directors and large stockholders
Lack of courage on the part of the mainstream media
laziness on the part of the electorate.

Like Dennis Kucinch said: WAKE UP AMERICA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2. Absolutely right. If it's to make the rich richer the money is ALWAYS there.
But help out those in need? Fuck that.

I'm sick and tired of that attitude by BOTH parties!

3. Privatize gains, socialize loses.
Welcome to the real world Wall Street, where you fear based tactics won't work in the face of a newly energized and educated public.

Say NO to corporate welfare!
