16. Democrats were disgusted when the House Republicans kept voting open...
...to get Reps to change their votes. Now Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) is doing it.

9. Every house member has voted. Total 434 and Teddy is not there.
HOWEVER, the market is coming back a bit. It was down 670 pts just a few minutes ago, and it's now at 373 pts.

19. They have different reasons.
Some are against the general idea of cash-for-trash. Some liberal Democrats are upset that the bill doesn't let bankruptcy judges re-write mortgages. Some fiscally-conservative Democrats are upset that there isn't a real plan to make up for the cost.
