I've Got Some News For Some Of The Hard-Headed Here...
President Bush is still in office. His cabinet is still made up of people he picked. No matter what negative event happens, no matter how severe, it will be them who will be in charge of doing something about it for now.

Therefore; when a negative event does happen, it is a no brainer that it will be 'brought to you' by those people. Regardless of their past transgressions, it is the utmost of fool's logic to declare that if they have to address something that it is automatically false and manufactured.

They are still in charge and will be until January. Until that time, some bad things may happen. If they do, those very same people will have to be ultimately in charge of a solution. Declaring that just because they are the ones in charge that the situation therefore has to be manufactured, false, and not worthy of consideration whatsoever, is just plain dumb.

Repeating the statement over and over that "how can you be for the bailout? It's brought to you by the same people that blah blah blah blah blah" is just plain dumb. Of course it is. They're still the ones in charge. Who the fuck else could it be brought to you by? Doesn't mean it isn't a severe issue that ultimately can affect us all and that needs urgent attention. I'm proud of our Dems for trying so hard to find the best democratic solution they can in such little time and with such a gop roadblock in front of them.

To the point where they're siding with utter assholes like Boehner and Kantor.

Ooops, edit to say I think Boner now supports the bailout.

4. We have very little time left before the election, but ...
... we can still use YouTube and Digg as much as we can to make important issue viral.

6. Last I checked, Democrats have a majority in congress.
Which is why we need to DEMAND a better solution than the one currently being proposed.

champions of the bail-out punch. Don't look much of a fight.
