1. Bill Mahre is like a five year old getting a thrill

from saying "poopoo" in church. He is too puerile to begin to take-on the fascinating complex of philosophy, mythology, history, ethics, sociology, politics, art and speculation that is religion, so he takes cheap shots at straw men. And like all atheists, he fails to see that any religion, no matter how irrational and unjustifiable, makes more sense than a philosophy that, by definition, reduces life to a meaningless nightmare.

There are great conversations to be had about the role of religion in human society. Too bad Mahre is too small-minded to participate.
