The Dumbing Down of America goes global.....
Edited on Sun Sep-28-08 11:29 AM by marmar
I was watching a segment on BBC yesterday, where they played some of Palin's interview with Katie Couric, then asked people on the street about it. They asked a woman in Binghamton, NY, what she thought of Palin's scattershot answers.
The woman responded that nobody could really give good answers, and it's not that important that she knows about "Russia and all of that stuff", that she's a good mom and that's what's important, and that it would be awesome to have a woman who knows how to hunt in the White House.

Mon dieu!!!!

:scared: :scared: :scared:

2. yeah, and I'm sure that same person holds the opinion that Obama
is too inexperienced and we just "don't know enough about him." The GOP always has a lock on the idiot vote, and they KNOW it, which is why Palin was selected.

6. Was it the news or was it one of those British Satire shows
The Brits are famous for their satire. Not their sauté.

7. Sadly, it was the BBC News.
Not Ricky Gervais or Sacha Baron Cohen.
