I was sitting in my college English class today and we were sharing our essay topics. One girl stands up and talks about Prop 8 in California and whether or not we should deny Gays their right to marriage. She said that she was in favor of proposition 8 because four "San Francisco based" judges shouldn't overturn the law. And that "they" get better tax breaks.
Does she not know anything about government? Just because the California Supreme Court is based in San Francisco doesn't have anyhting to do with what type of decision they make. Judges are appointed by the governor.
It is also obvious that she does not know that all but one of the Supreme Court judges were appointed by republicans.
The scary thing is she goes door to door saying those things.
1. ah the smell of abyssmal ignorance in the classroom
it's like Viagra to repukes. That girl needs a remedial kick in the ass and probably her parents as well. That kind of stupidity mostly starts in the home.
