Where can I find Joe Biden's voting record on banking deregulation?

I have a friend, one of the mystical undecided voters, who says both parties are equally responsible for deregulating the banking industry. The links between McCain and the whole deregulation BS is well documented, but I want to be able to tell her that Biden voted against it. Did he? Where would I find that info?

3. Not Biden's specificly, but most of the Republican talking points are garbage

Because there are a lot of links, so I can prove what I am saying - here is a post I put in my journal that shows that the Republicans are not telling the full truth on their wanting deregulation in 2003 and 2005. I know how Biden voted - he didn't, as the Republicans did not take any legislation to the floor of the Senate - because per Republican Rep Oxley (Frank's Republican peer then), Bush didn't want them too.
