Where is Gonzales licensed to practice law and can someone, anyone file charges against him at his state bar association to have his law license revoked for lying under oath?

5. That is as bad as the old joke from the 1960s..
A Supreme Court Decision starts "This is on Appeal from the Texas Court of Appeals, but we have other good reasons to reverse".

3. Lying under oath is an impeachable offense
as we learned under Bill Clinton. Seems to me that THAT would be what to go for.

4. He was appointed can he be impeached.
But since libby is on his way to jail for perjury, lying under oath to congress means he can be sent up the river to.
