How Soon Before MSNBC Reverses Course & Puts Keith & Tweets Back in the Anchor Chairs?
David Gregory is coming off as a highly partisan RWer in his new show while Rachel Maddow's numbers are soaring, Keith is holding firm, Tweets has found his anti-R BS voice and the electorate is turning against McCain/Rs like crazy.

MSNBC had an anchor team in place that reflected the feelings of the majority of Americans. Seems to me they'd guarantee themselves a ratings bonanza if they told Brokaw and Williams to fuck off on the "objectivity" front and put their A Team back in place.

Time for an e-mail campaign?

1. I make it a point to turn my tv off whenever David Gregory is on.
I can't stand that man.

2. I actually hope they don't
Being out of the anchor spot frees them up to go harder than they would in the anchor chair.

4. AGREED. I think that was the thinking behind the move.
I think KO himself realizes that he's less restricted when he's not the anchor. Frankly, I think it will turn out to be a smart move.

3. Gregory is unwatchable. His show is terrible.
I quit watching it early, but sometimes catch five minutes of it. He's terrible.

6. Hope not
Love Keith, but the anchor is really not the place for a partisan player. I hate Fox news for pretending to be news when it is RW opinion, and I hate when our side does it too. It isn't a friggen football game or pennant race, I don't want to listen to a homer calling the game (on either side). It also does nothing to help elect Obama...RW won't watch it and the "undecideds" are much more likely to be disgusted by unfair coverage than swayed by it.

It is one of the big problems in this country. It isn't about solving anything or actual issues, it is all about "beating" the other team and I'm sick of it.
