He wants to raise payroll taxes for those currently exempt because they make over ninty-five thousand dollars. He wants to raise taxes on those making over two hundred and fifty thousand dollars a year but only back to what they were under Clinton when the econom,y was vibrant or as Greenspan kept saying "overheated". He also does want to raise investment taxes but no more than they were under Clinton.
