I'm doing a study on false flag terrorism

I've been interested in doing something like this for a while, what I'm trying to do is create a sort of profile of how false flag terrorism will go. With the limited information I've got, I've determined some common traits of false flag terrorism.

IF it is State terrorism, the government may name a suspect even as the bodies are still being counted.
It might be false flag terrorism if the accused decides to jump out a window or dies under other mysterious circumstances.
Even though no suspects are caught, it might be false flag terrorism if leaflets clearly stating the ideology or traits of a group are left behind.

The problem is, I don't have a big list of false flag terrorist acts and groups that participated in them. So far I've got the Strategy of Tension and the Masada, Action and Defense Movement, and I'm working on the Cinema Rex Fire, but I could use more. If you know of any other false flag terrorist acts, that would be really nice.
