3. I'm in SoCal, where we refine our own gas and don't use that TX stuff.

So far we are still way down from where we were earlier in the summer. But I bet they come up with SOME lame excuse for jacking up the prices here, too........

I missed the chance to fill up my tank at the beginning of the week and paid the price. I expect that it will be more than a month before the price starts to come down.
