It's gone. I was privileged to do a photo essay in June of the recently opened Botanical Garden in Orange, Tx called Shangra La. It was just that, a magic place. Now it's gone. Some of my images:

for some reason it just popped into my head that I shot these in June. I realized such a fragile place couldn't possibly survive this storm.
