McCain: Palin's snotty, dismissive "tone" is Obama's fault.
Because Obama did not agree to McCain's proposal of "town hall" style meetings.

OK.

1. The party of personal responsibility really seems to be incapable of taking responsibility
for anything.

3. Yep. He said as much a little while back too... even before Palin was picked for him
Edited on Thu Sep-11-08 07:45 PM by Solly Mack
He said the "tone" would be negative because Obama wouldn't agree to town-hall meetings...so McCain will attack and it's Obama's fault for not giving McCain what he wanted

5. McCain loves town halls because he can shuffle in little circles & not look so doddering & confused.

12. When did he ever manage to attract a large crowd by himself?
That's why he prefers small groups.

15. I, myself, have no absolute knowledge as to why McCain does what he does
......merely stated that I have wondered if he did fear crowds due to control issues...which I think he does have

Everytime I start worrying about this race, he opens his mouth and says something so asinine that it immediately reassures me. Keep 'em coming Johnny Boy!

11. Obama also didn't agree to the trip to Iraq with McSame
but instead went on his own trip. Maybe that's why he's pissed off.

13. The man sat there and displayed two (or more) faces with every alternating question.
"The private sector can do it better" vs. "Restore trust in government" vs. "People know how to spend their money better than government."

It's appalling how such SELF-CONTRADICTORY and INCONSISTENT sloganeering is allowed to be peddled like snake oil without challenge.
