Fox Noise morning show (re: MSNBC): "They've got that lesbian on there"

Today on Faux' godawful morning show, they were talking about the MSNBC/KO/Tweety business and generally slamming MSNBC. This one talking head, not a regular (as far as I can tell), says something to the effect of "What do you expect (from MSNBC); I mean, they've got that lesbian on her own show ..." (referring to Rachel Maddow).
