what rock is he under? Does he even realize how many jobs have been lost the past 8 years due to the tax cuts or trickle down economics? Gaud, I hate this guy as much as the one in that's occupying the whitehouse.

2. So we just lost 600,000 jobs with "temporary" cuts,
but making them permanent . . . would change . . . what?

8. That's 600,000 since January of this year! We need to add up the total across W's reign.

6. He was against the tax cuts before he was for them.
Every bad thing he predicted when he was against them happened...and now that we're in debt etc., he wants to continue them? Huh?????

7. Difference
That is a major difference between Democratic and Republican thinking in economics since Howdy Doody was president in the 80's. The whole "trickle down" nonsense is stupidity. Dems know that taxes, although not desirable are necessary to run as large a nation as we are. We also know that paying taxes is not as strong a disincentive as earning more money through innovation and hard work is an incentive. Capitalism without regulation and tax cuts for the wealthy only serve one purpose. They make the richest people richer and more powerful. The only thing that trickles down is what they cannot legally plunder.
