The media v. victim Sarah: Sarah 1, media 0
so far it's been a brilliant tactic. Frame it so that Americans side with victim Sarah against the media, and then stonewall the media on the grounds that they're sexist and grossly unfair to victim Sarah. So far it's working, and as usual, the press is cowed by bullying.
