Why are they hiding Sarah Palin?
Is she with Cheney in the "undisclosed location"?

*chuckle* Okay, we all know WHY they're hiding her, but besides this scripted speech tonight in front of a very friendly audience, when will she answer questions? If she can't even deal with the press less than a week out of the box, how do they expect her to be a heartbeat from the presidency where she might have to speak, answer questions, etc.?

I'm only a decade or so into my addiction to politics, but I've never seen anything like this! Too nervous that this person might be our VP to take too much glee in it, but it is rather funny how inept McCain & company look right now. By trying to distance themselves from the horrible failures of the Bush admin, they've made themselves look even worse!

2. Thought I had thick skin
but I have had to keep changing channels because I can't
listen to the garbage being spouted about this woman. They
have made her have military experience by saying she was in
charge of the national guard in Alaska and this blessed
teenage union is like a real sweetheart story. This is
unbelievable! This is the first year I guess I've really been
fired up for an election and boy is this thing nasty!

3. As you read this, I promise you that Sarah Palin is locked in a room with
Karl Rove hysterically screaming at her, swearing at her, browbeating her for destroying all the work he's done for the past 35 years.

4. Karl Rove should have vetted Jesco White instead of the queen.

6. Funny, ain't it?
She will answer as few questions as possible on this road. I'm from Ca, and I think they are going to do the thing they do with Arnold here; scripted, canned answers only to pre-approved questions.

Oh yeah, a big welcome to DU :hi:!

14. I'm telling you, if she stays on the ticket, no one will be able to get near her.
She'll only do scripted, planned appearances with hand-picked crowds. And everything will be posed, with her infant son and her pregnant daughter and her boyfriend at her side.

They won't be able to trust her at all--the same way they can't trust McCrabby with the press, so they've cut off press access to him.
