I read somewhere that he has constant pain in his hands, one of the aftermaths of his broken arms when he got shot down. (In Vietnam - you might not have heard about it, but John McCain was a prisoner of war - no, really, he was - I'm SERIES!!11!!!!!)

He can't lift his arms above his shoulders. Someone - honestly - has to comb his hair for him.

That aside, he sucks.
