Bad News is she will become a hurricane. But some good news is she may just go away.
Let's all put our vibes together for that to happen. One hurricane is enough for us!
http://weather.orlandosentinel.com/tropical/tracking/at200808_model.htmlTropical Storm Hanna is looking a bit ragged this evening, but the storm is still forecast to become a Category 1 hurricane moving in Florida's direction next week.
At 5 p.m., the National Hurricane Center said Tropical Storm Hanna was located about 260 miles northeast of the northern Leeward Islands. Tropical Storm Hanna was moving toward the west-northwest near 12 mph. Maximum sustained winds were near 40 mph with higher gusts. Tropical storm force winds extend outward up to 50 miles from Hanna's center.
Little change in strength is forecast during the next 24 hours. Still, hurricane center forecaster say Tropical Storm Hanna is still expected to become Hurricane Hanna.
"Dynamical models insists that the upper-level low currently imparting westerly shear over Hanna will begin to move westward allowing a more favorable environment for strengthening to develop," the hurricane center said in an advisory.

Models now show Hanna strengthening into a hurricane by Sunday. Its forecast motion is to the general direction of the Bahamas and Florida.
But, the hurricane center cautions, "the track forecast is riddled with uncertainty as it is unclear how Hanna will interact with a mid-latitude trough forecast to move off the U.S. East Coast. Most of the dynamical models show the trough bypassing Hanna to the north and leaving it behind in an area of weak steering. Such an evolution would result in erratic or little overall motion
