Lots of the original groups. Lots of fun to watch and listen.

2. I can't stand doo wop...but my cousins were in one of the original Girl Groups
Barb and Jiggs, two of The Angels who sang "My Boyfriend's Back," are my cousins. They were always forced to sing it at family gatherings. It's about as close to "old" music as I can tolerate...and I'm pushin' 48. Not exactly an "old timer," but much of that early sixties shit just makes my hair stand on end. To this day I listen mostly to college radio and alt anything.

3. I'm with you.
Music wasn't anything till Jethro Tull arrived on the scene.

"Yes." I used to listen to their music all the time.

Oh, and Led Zeppelin.

6. We get about 200 channels, or so it seems,

with Direct-TV and not one of them is PBS. We'd have to pay for a huge package with a lot of channels we wouldn't watch to get PBS. :grr: At least we get LINK.

Have fun! I do have doo wop CDs but I miss a lot of the PBS shows.
