McCain gets lost on his way to his own convention
Political Humor Satire.

Even though John McCain admitted over the weekend that he had no idea where all of his home were located, he reassured republicans and conservatives alike that he will have no trouble finding his way to the convention. But only days away from the start of the convention John McCain had yet another "senior moment" on the campaign trail when he apparently stumbled into a banquet hall in the middle of a small town just west of St. Paul. Several people at the banquet hall told reporters that Mr. McCain seemed confused and disoriented. Another bystander told reporters that McCain seemed irritable and cranky after several people told him that he was at the wrong convention. Said Sue Atwood, "I told him several times that he was at my sisters wedding reception, but he wouldn't listen to me. I told him that he would have to make his speech somewhere else, after all we had only rented the banquet hall for an hour."

McCain apparently got back on his charter bus and left the banquet hall in a hurry. "He was squealing tires when he pulled out," said Ben Owens. A reporter asked Mr. Owens what he meant when he said "he pulled out squealing the tires." The man replied, "McCain did. He was driving the bus." Yes apparently McCain has had to cut back on a few things on his way to the convention. With campaign contributions quickly dwindling McCain had to cut back on some of the luxuries, like a Bus driver. But McCain did not let this little set back keep him down. He was soon back on the road and heading toward St. Paul.
