Beck has really gone off the edge of the map since McCain become the Republican nominee. There was an Op Ed on CNN by Beck last week about how he didn't have a candidate in this race because McSame is just tooooooooo moderate (yeah, right). Dude has just lost it...that or it's all just one big pander for the "shock" ratings.

this morning on my grocery run cause I can't handle the substitute on my usual station. beck was ragging on Biden as if the choice of Dem VP would have made a difference about what he would do this morning. I guess those kind don't find it very sad that that is the only way they can make a living.

because it's good to know what the other side is thinking. Even my dad, a moderate southern conservative thinks the Beck and Limbaughs of the airwaves have pretty much lost their minds. I have to admit I find their insane screeds a little bit funny in a "wow, he really, seriously means that" sort of way...terrifying, but still funny. The fact that the Becks and Limbaughs of the world "don't have a conservative candidate to vote for" in this coming election is funny.

He had a couple of paper bags of crushed cans on his porch, and I asked him if he was either into recycling or was just facing hard times. He said that he saved his cans for a guy who needs the money. I told him, "That's good and all, but you're still recycling by proxy." He didn't like that.
