No one would know or care about the McCain ads if MSNBC 'news' wasn't playing them every ten minutes
. . . and before EVERY guest.

1. From what I've read here, Fux and CNN are doing the same thing.
"Poor" McMansions can't afford to pay for his advertising. He was a POW don'cha know! So the nice corporate nooze channels help him by airing them for free.

4. That should be covered by campaign finance law.
I'm sick of seeing and hearing widespread Republican infomercials hour after hour. At this level they should be counted as political contributions.

Example: Rightwing radio talk shows that are broadcast at a loss year after year by the fascist station owners. That's a political contribution, just like carting candidates around for free in corporate jets.

9. one with Biden criticizing Obama and one with Clinton doing the same
The Clinton one is the stupidest tactic I've seen so far. The ad implies that Clinton was dissed by Obama's choosing Biden. They're inane and annoying, but, if they have ANY effect, MSNBC is to blame (the others playing them non-stop too).

12. Well, we'd better get crackin'.
Even though WE see how inane and empty they are, the public at large could react exactly the way McCain's campaign his hoping. Let's move quickly -- or maybe they're just gonna let it die.

15. If you lived in my area, you wouldn't need cable.
All you would need is a tv and some rabbit ears. His ads are running a lot on my NBC Kentucky channel during the day and evening. I only watched part of the closing ceremony of the olympics and I saw at least two of them. During Jeopardy and Millionaire, I usually get two of them. Usually after two, I automatically shut them out. But he is paying for them folks, in the states where he thinks he has a chance and they are all full of lies, lies and more lies. I scream at my tv for the first two I see every day.

What I get for living in a tri-state area where the other two are usually red.

11. A Fool And His Wife's Money...
When I see a Gramps "ad", it's usually my cue to see what's on other channels. Just think of it as more money thrown into away now that won't be used on local organizations...each spot costs several thousand bucks. AFAIC, let 'em spend millions on these stupid ads...the law of dimininshing returns are beginning to take a toll on this fraud.

13. That's a lot of free advertising for the Republicans. But, the ads are
so bad, they might be counter productive.
