2. I Know...

I honestly expect them to bring on a PUMA...or a steady parade of DLC and DINOs. C-SPIN seems to always find them. At Netroots nation, they had to make sure to find some right wing moron to trash the event even though he had no clue what was going on.

I'll be curious in the contrast of guests and coverage.

3. They are all over the "ahead in/even with the polls" mantra

This is how they spin it so the "fix" won't be as blatant..

I am sooooooo hopiong that all those eager young, and new voters do really turn out ins such numbers that the "fixers' won't know how much to tweak it :)

4. This Is A Different Landscape Than 2004...

I'm so tired of the endless "national polls" that mean nothing. My Constitution still says elections are won state by state. But it fits the memes they want to put out there...and if they can't find a poll that says it, they'll make one up.

The fix won't be as easy this time as more Democrats will be doing the counting...especially in Ohio and Colorado...key states that could negate any games that occur in Florida.

The big thing going forward is the ground game. Senator Obama and Governor Dean have worked to get a solid organization that flies under the radar...getting votes one at a time. Someone has a chart here the other day that showed how poor the GOOP ground game will be...attempting to bomb "by air". I see an irony here that the Repugnicans are pretty much using the McAulliffe playbook, and we saw how successful that was.
