Obama needs to announce his VP today, no more fucking around!
Whether you believe the polls or not, his numbers are bleeding.
If people believe that he is not electable, they'll lose interest in him.
No more fucking around! No more vacations during the most important week of the campaign!
Kerry 2.0 will lose to Bush 2.0 guaranteed!

2. Wrong.
He's getting tons of free and nonstop media coverage by dangling the choice out there for all this time. If he waits til Friday or Saturday he gets saturation coverage, including the Sunday talk shows, leading right into the convention. This is being handled exactly right.

Unless, of course, you know how to do it better.

4. Of course everybody can run Obama's campaign better than Obama...the only reason Obama is where he
is because of all the advice.

5. Yes; of course. If Obama's campaign would just listen to DUers
he'd already be President.

3. Yawn...
The corporate media thanks you for feeding the beast. Yes...all is doom and gloom...might as well just cancel the election and we all go running for the nearest hole. Let's all believe it's still 2004 and pretend that nothing has happened in the past 4 years...that people still have homes and jobs and gas is only $2 a gallon...be damned with anything else that has happened as all is lost and the election is either fixed or ready to be stolen. Sheesh...

All this crap about the veepstakes is a classic example of corporate media mental masturbation...and those who are caught up in it are just feeding the media trolls. I know few, if any, who will make their choice in November as to who is the Veep. We'll find out who the choice is in due time and then so what. A week after the convention no one will give a rat's ass...and those who claim that this pick is so important aren't paying attention to anything but the pablum being shoveled by the "pundits"...and we know how right they've been. :sarcasm:

6. If he announces today, the attacks on his pick from the MSM begin today.

He needs to string 'em along 'til Saturday and give them no time to rip the VP apart before the convention. Convention coverage will dominate the news next week, beginning Sunday. Rove/McLame won't get their chance to work their dirty work for another week.

I think he should wait until the Olympics hoo-ha is over. Folks can't handle too many things preying on their attention.
