Damn cops and their stun guns killed a man in Florida Saturday
Fuck I just can't stand these cops that get away with everything including murder!

MIAMI - A Florida man is dead after being repeatedly shocked by a Taser stun gun.

Police say 45-year-old Kenneth Oliver of Miami-Dade showed up at a friend's home early Friday morning, shouting and banging on the front door.

The friend, Johnnie Mosely, told police he considered letting Oliver in, but his daughters were frightened by the way Oliver was acting.

1. It wasn't murder...
It's another example at how dangerous taser guns are and they should be taken off the street. As long as no one refuses to stop using them this kind of thing will continue, but it wasn't murder.

I have a cousin that's a cop and he's tasered a few people. No one died fortunately and he'll tell you there were times he feared for his life before using them. He's told me he can either shoot them and kill them or he can taser them and they live. He doesn't want anyone to die, but if he thinks a taser is better, he'll use it. Also, he's been a cop for close to fifteen years. The last thing he wants to do is to hurt anyone.

4. Can you send your cousin to Clayton County Georgia?
Here they like to write up $700 worth of tickets based entirely on a lie and when you use your option to plead no contest the judge tells you he won't let you (because no contest is a privilege, not a right). And when you are done forking over almost 2 weeks worth of income, and another 2 weeks of income for driving school to get a few of the 12 points off your license, you count yourself lucky they didn't cuff you in a chair in public completely naked for 12 hours, tase you near death, or beat you senseless.

No, not me. The neighbor and I was a passenger in the car when it happened. I am more and more becoming convinced there aren't any honest cops left in America. Since your cousin is one, I'd be grateful if he could just come here and maybe a little something would rub off.

2. Doctors kill more people each year with scalpels...
should we ban them too?

My point is twofold.....

Let's hear all the evidence in each death and secondly and more important....tools are only as good as the hands that use them.
