I haven't read the whole thing lately but, I'm sure it states in there that there's not a god damned thing we can do about our treasonous, tyrannical, torturing Nazi leaders. We just have to bend over and enjoy it. There are no provisions provided against these jerks and assholes, we must simply endure them until they have all that they want from us and go away.

When in the course of human events that a fascist government shall come to pass, we the people must simply stand around and not do something about it, other than the occasional pathetic whine.

The constitution also states that when they are all done fucking us over, they can retire in baronial splendor, and die peacefully and wealthily in their beds.
