FIOS: does it carry MSNBC in your state?

Because it doesn't in NY. I put this up in the NY forum then realized not everyone will see it.

No Olbermann on NY FIOS television. No Abrams. No MSNBC.

2. We don't get FIOS in Alpharetta, GA

They destroyed our sidewalks to install the fiber cable, but they don't offer any services.

3. I have it in the Boston area but

I know my brother who lives on Long Island and also has Verizon Fios does not. He has Fox Business News, though, the lucky devil.

I'd call Verizon and tell them I was going back to cable if they didn't add MSNBC pronto.

They couldn't believe she was dumping them for one channel.

Over at DSL reports I read it has to do with some licensing agreement that NBC granted to one of the big cable companies which prevents FIOS from getting carried here and in parts of NJ. But Direct TV carries it so go figure.
