SE Pennsylvania DUers: Which one of you did I see on the Rt. 30 Bypass this morning?

I saw a car with a DU sticker on the Rt. 30 Bypass this morning. It was at approximately 7:07 AM, heading east, near the Thorndale exit. The license plate started with DPG. I was driving a white minivan with an "Impeach Bush" sign on the back.
