US Taxpayers Giving Iraq Sheiks the Good Life - Bush History, 8/8
On this date the Wall Street Journal reports on US taxpayers showing Iraqi sheiks the good life. How about $125,000 for one sheik's marble-floored hall? Also today, hats-off to McCain (seriously!), who said and did what Obama should have but didn't. Although, this was back when McCain was a maverick.
