1. The poll question is vague
They don't state clearly what deadline for withdrawal they are talking about.

Pull out plans spark heated debate about Iraq in Colorado

http://www.9news.com/news/article.aspx?storyid=66064

KUSA - The Democratic plan to set a deadline for troops to pull out of Iraq is, with little surprise, causing a deep divide between politicians in Washington and here in Colorado.

On Thursday, House Democrats unveiled legislation that would set a September 1, 2008 deadline for the withdrawal of U.S. combat troops from Iraq. The plan would set conditions and expected objectives for Iraqis to meet. One condition would require the Iraqi government to assume more responsibility for security.

Democrats said they would add the provisions to President Bush"s request for almost $100 billion to fund efforts in Iraq and Afghanistan.

In the Colorado Legislature, debate on the President"s proposed troop surge has prompted dueling resolutions in recent months. One Republican resolution aims to show support for troop efforts and to point out good outcomes of the War in Iraq such as the overthrow of Saddam Hussein.

5. The poll is worded such so that we who want an immediate withdrawal, and they who want the war
would vote together....
