1. No, thanks; I'd rather drink bleach than watch that idiot.
I can't imagine anything that slimebucket says being of interest to me.

5. Nah...He's Poison On The GOOP SIde...
A year ago he kept contemplating a run in hopes the GOOP horde would come running to him to be their savior. It didn't happen. He put out a marker for money to be raised...that didn't happen either. He keeps crashing a party that really doesn't want him.

17. I worry that the Grinch will NOT be McCain's VP pick.
The bumper sticker: McCain-Gingrich: Myopic Misogynists

3. Did You See That Visual Framing???
They show two pics. One of Obama looking up at the camera...shaking hands, but the angle has him with his eyes wide open and looking either confused or scared.

Then a pic of Gramps in the control room of a nuclear reactor...hands on hips...like he's in charge.

Shees...can C-SPIN be any more obvious? And why do they keep bringing this has-been toad stool on my teevee?

Good morning...looks like a fun morning ahead...

:hi:

9. This Is A Hail Mary...
These goons know they're gonna lose big in November...it's now or never for them to fleece one last time. There's no way they can ram through making the tax cut permanent, so they're going for a big pay-off to the oil companies and hope the donations flow in.

The GOOP is hoping this stunt gets publicity as their only hope to jumpstart their putrid campaigns.

I hope both Houses don't do a damn thing until after the elections...on anything.

4. Mr. "We Republicans are against the environment because it costs money"?
essentially, the guy who said that Republicans refuse to do anything about the environment because it might cost them an extra dime over a month ...

10. and, to be fair, he was right about the oil lease situation, and he ADMITTED
that the pugs were just as much to blame over the first six years of the Bush regime, and that we need to act together.

that said, I really loathe that fat, womanizing prick

still....he's right again about China 'realizing that they like cars, that they want a better life'

very disappointed to find myself agreeing with lots of what he says

he's smooth, and his agenda was pretty well hidden today, until he just said he's meeting with Boehner later this AM.

14. Contract on America
Ah, memories.

"I think one of the great problems we have in the Republican Party is that we don't encourage you to be nasty. We encourage you to be neat, obedient, loyal and faithful and all those Boy Scout words, which would be great around a campfire but are lousy in politics. "

"The idea that a congressman would be tainted by accepting money from private industry or private sources is essentially a socialist argument. "

Talking about what he'll let Congressman Young do: "act like a son of a bitch for two years and do whatever he wants."

13. He's Really Pimping Bobby "Exorcist" Jinhdal
Also pushing for Eric Cantor...the lone Congressional Jew in the "big tent"

Listen closely and you can hear him glad to see things falling apart...we're starting to see the post-election, post-booosh end game begin. Gnewt still has his delusions of gandeur and thinks he's the savior. And on C-SPIN, they think he is as well.

16. I watched Suskind just now and when it finished C-Span said they
were going to open phones. It walked away for a minute and came back to hear audio of Gingrich. The words I caught were .... whether it's McCain or Obama or SOMEBODY ELSE .... What's that about?
