Nervous about DNC

Does anyone know what security measures are in place at the DNC next month in Denver? From this week's events, we already know there are plenty of right-wingers ready to act on their favorite pundits' marching orders and attempt to blow away a few of their "enemies." Hell, Rush already tried to encourage his listeners to incite a riot at the convention. And Colorado has already seen way more than its share of violence in the past decade. Does anyone have any words to put some of these qualms to rest?

1. They're putting together a "fusion" center in Denver
-- fusion of police and intelligence. That shouldn't make any of us particularly happy. I heard it on DemocracyNow! this morning.
