And we should honor this and be respectful of his political needs ...... why?

I am totally against the death penalty but for ass hats like him, I'll make an exception!!! Seriously though, any other person wouldn't even hardly get a say in their trial date...yet alone walk away from a Federal Hearing. The Fed's almost ALMOST ALWAYS to a person, deny bail at their arraignments. Why should he be any different?
