I wore my Impeach Cheney hat to the RMV today and people smiled at me!

And one woman said she liked my hat and then she went up to the counter and asked for a form to register to vote!!

Then I noticed that they had renovated the building. The side that had the state employment office was gone.
I asked out loud to the people sitting behind me, where it had moved to and a state worker, sitting in his office
behind me, gave me the 'come here' with his finger and so I walked into his office (he was wearing jeans and a t-shirt) :P
and he started looking through a file drawer and pulled out a map and directions to the new location. What a nice thing
to do, I thought. Yeah, maybe it's his job but usually state workers get a bad rap and for good reasons sometimes, but
I thought his helping me without being asked, was pretty cool.

I left there poorer but legal for two more years but unlike previous visits, with a smile on my face. :D

7. Cool ! I love the reactions I get sometimes....

... depending on where I wear it. ;) I've noticed in the high end grocery store,
some people will avert their eyes... :rofl: and the banks are good places too!

But there are other places that people just love it! :P

I make a point of wearing it to places like the RMV, very public places.

There, I have a captive audience! :rofl:
