McCain, Snake-oil Salesman

Subject: McCain, Snake-oil Salesman
Message:

"Well, it’s common knowledge and has been reported in the media that Al Qaeda is going back into Iran and receiving training and are coming back into Iraq from Iran. That’s well known. And it’s unfortunate.”
This statement by John McCain was made about a week ago in a news conference he gave, in Amman, Jordan. This gaffe has received plenty of play because the statement is wrong and because McCain was corrected in front of the TV cameras by Sen. Joe Lieberman, who is traveling with him. McCain then immediately corrected himself, and looked like a fool.
It’s bad enough that McCain was wrong in what he said, but the part that really gets me mad is his casually saying “…it’s common knowledge…” and “…That’s well known and has been reported in the media...” He’s used these phrases before, trying to make lies seem like accepted truths. Since his statement was factually incorrect, his saying “it ‘s common knowledge,” and “That’s well known, etc…” are clearly lies, not mistakes but purposeful lies with the specific intent of getting people to believe the main lie sandwiched between them. Their use exposes McCain as unscrupulous as a used car dealer, or a snake-oil salesman. He is not only a fool, but a liar, and not a very good one, at that.
How can such a liar be considered for President of the United States? Haven't we learned our lesson?

1. He also has said, after several recent gaffes/lies, "That's just history. It's a fact."
Uh - no, John, it's not.

Fortunately, I think a lot more people are on to him lately!

Let's hope the MSM keeps on it and doesn't continue to give him a free pass.:pals:

4. McLame cannot seperate himself from Busholini.
His team of crooks & liars can try to do so but it is becoming obvious to even the "low info" Americans aka ignorant, that McLame is as stupid, arrogant & corrupt as his buddy Busholini.

“Hypocrisy, my friends, is the most obvious of political sins — and the people will punish it,” John McCain
