I have wondered what the detailed reason behind DK's refusal to attend was. Do you suppose he had heard what was really to be discussed and knew it would be an illegal act to attend or something? I mean he could have known through the grapevine what it was about, and decided that he would be formally involving himself if he attended.

what happened to the story? did it just die and disappear from thought without any resolution. If Congress did discuss the things on that list, we need to know what they are doing about it. Are they planning to round us up and put us in FEMA camps before we revolt? Are they planning on running away from DC to avoid our revolt? Do we need to keep track of Congress and take note whenever three or more leave town? Is it time to stock up on Spam and shotgun shells?

In fact on thinking about it I heard the story late as well. I think I've known about it since May. If there is truth to it (and even with tinfoil it's not hard for me to see the possibility these days) than I don't see Congress running away or anything like that. If they are privy to such info they will be involved in whatever the government decides to do. The protection of Congress I would assume would include their homes and families in their respective states. There is no way that we could successfully revolt as their pitchforks are bigger than ours. I would imagine we would be the last to know before shit really hits the fan. If money and food are cut off because the economy tanks there would likely be mayhem in many places, especially big cities. Halliburton & etc. would be working overtime.

I just said it makes sense that they might distract us from the real issue by throwing out tinfoil. I also have no problem accepting that the horror story could be true, but I like that there is this possible alternative. Putting off their concentration camps for now is a good thing...doesn't sound fun. And I'm totally on board that this whole FISA bullshit and the secret meeting SUCKS! I signed petitions and wrote letters each time this came around and I'm pretty pissed at those who voted for this criminal conspiracy with the fascists!
