Conyers, House should just ignore Pelosi on Rove's contempt charges.

Wouldn't it be nice if John Conyers just ignored Nancy Pelosi and went ahead with procedings against Karl Rove? I can only wonder what banter between Pelosi and Conyers has taken place in the corridors of the House. Realistically, Conyers will probably back down on going after Rove after Speaker/Enabler Pelosi comes down on him like a ton of bricks. Then what? Isn't anybody getting sick of this crap? Why does Pelosi defend the Neocons? Was she bought? Threatened?


My prediction is that Conyers is going to back down. Just my feeling and considering the track record of most of the Democrats in Congress.

1. Rove did leave the country so maybe he really is scared. He is suppose to
show up here in my city next friday for a fundraiser with Thelma Drake. We are planning a mock trial for him. I wonder if he will come back. I bet they are planning to arrest him as soon as he enters the country.
