Why do some posts say "View All" and others don''t. I would like to always be able to view...

Why do some posts say "View All" and others don''t. I would like to always be able to view...
all the posts in a thread the way you can when one says "view all."

1. Once a thread hits 20 comments, you can "view all"

2. Up to 20 posts 'view all' is the default. After that you have to select it.

3. If there are fewer than 20 replies
you automatically view all so the choice doesn't exist, and if there are 20 or more, you can choose to "view all" if you want.

4. If a thread has less than 20 posts, "view all" is automatic
after 20, you get the option to view all, or not, to save download time.
