Looking back fondly over the last 8 years.
What were the highlights for you? (I figured I would get this started now and beat the end of the year rush).

For me, I have to go wth "human-animal hybrids" in the state of the union. I have never been that confused/astounded in my whole life.

15. If I can find it I'll let you know.

I saw it on the news after it happened, and it was recently shown again on "Most Outrageous Videos" on NBC, but I can't find it on their web site or on YouTube. I did find out that it happened on January 26, 2006.

8. My all time favorite...
My all time favorite:

"Tribal sovereignty means that; it's sovereign. I mean, you're a — you've been given sovereignty, and you're viewed as a sovereign entity. And therefore the relationship between the federal government and tribes is one between sovereign entities." —Washington, D.C., Aug. 6, 2004

I hung my head in abject shame that afternoon. This is what happens when we elect a C-student in college to the White House...

We probably need another one to spur the economy. All those guns, MRE's, and other necessities bought by the chronically panic stricken would be a real boon to the hucksters.
