If a corporation has the rights of a person...
... shouldn't a corporation guilty of murder be subject to the death penalty? In other words, shut it down and dismantle it, and seize it's assets.

1. Corporations have all the RIGHTS of a person, not necessarily all the RESPONSIBILITIES.

6. As of 2008,
Arthur Andersen LLP has not been formally dissolved nor has it declared bankruptcy. Ownership of the partnership has been ceded to four limited liability corporations named Omega Management I through IV.
