GOP Election Spending - Should Fox News Channel's Operating Budget Be Considered?

ABC's Gibson recently stated that its not "fair" that Obama is raising more than John McCain. However, in any discussion of fairness, shouldn't the operating budget of Fox News Channel, which is about $1 billion annually be considered? Fox News pretty much runs a anti-Obama stories 24/7. Also, in related news, News Corp continues its expansion efforts unfettered by the GOP controlled FCC. Yet, Karl Rove's up-is-down world, it is Obama that is receiving the free ride.
