1. Blowing up other nations

That's all the Libertarians/Cheapskates/Pull yourself up by your bootstraps even if you're bare naked believe in: Military.

They'd privatize the roads, the hospitals, everything. Make it all fee for use.

4. They don't want to pay taxes in the first place. But I really don't think

that those dumbasses stop to really think about all the things other than 'welfare queens' their tax dollars pay for. You know, roads. Fire departments. Law enforcement. Bridges. You get the picture.

Health care and education builds people up. The far right would rather spend money to tear people down, at least the ones they see as a threat to their power.

I used to like paying my taxes cause I felt some of it went to good causes like, most of all, our social programs. You notice I used the pasttense there. Today a large part of my tax dollars is going to the wealthiest few who in all rights don't need any of it but because they have some money and they think they have a lock on all the rest of it. Damn I'm ready for some representative government for a change.

7. The rightwing has gotten so intolerable we're just getting their refugees, that's all.

The "many" who say these things are often right-wing, non-fundamentalists, who don't want to be at war. They don't want any tax money taken out and they don't believe that there is inequality or they openly approve of it, believing that the poor are inferior, lazy garbage--unless they're Africa-American, then they're pitiable, formerly-oppressed and thereby "forceably and tragically made inferior" pieces of garbage.

I'm just being blunt. Anyone who doesn't the gross inequalities--I don't know what to say. Some folks say "they're not real Democrats". Maybe that's true. I tend to think of them as disenfranchised Republicans. We have a whole heck of a lot of them these days.
