Day 5 in Fox News hell
Good lord the ignorance this channel spews is unconscionable. Know wonder the knuckle dragger's in this country remain so completely ignorant. My relatives have this shit on all day. Then they have the gall to say it is fair and balanced. No arguments, they say something stupid, I attempt to straighten them out and they say "we don't talk politics in this house." And George Carlin dies, what a total drag.

1. They don't "talk" politics, simply absorb it off FOX?
Good luck.

2. Newshounds-they watch Fox so you don't have to
http://www.newshounds.us/

It is amazing to watch Fox after having had access to a computer let alone DU, thinkprogress, C&L or the Daily show/Colbert. The funny part is to hear a news story on Fox and then look it up and find that there is no relationship between what you heard and reality. The rest of MSM follows Fox in a a watered down version.

Add to it my local paper
http://www.timesdispatch.com/cva/ric/times_dispatch.html

their "From Wire reports" (major news stories) are unrecognizable even from the wire reports they draw off of. The Gen Taguba/medical proof of torture story just made it into yesterday's paper-page A5

3. Sending you energy and patience.
My Mom is a Fox addict and I feel your pain. The advice I got from her therapist was to limit all visits to three days. Unfortunately for you, you are two days over the limit. Take deep breaths in and out through your nose, frequent walks and if all else fails lay on the floor and put your legs up the wall. Peace, Kim
