What is John Dean talking about?
I'm watching Countdown and Dean hints that the version of the Telecom Immunity Bill would still allow for criminal charges.

Does anyone know what he's talking about?

1. I am no lawyer but it occurred to me that the lawsuits that are
being dismissed are by citizens right? What if the DOOR is still open for State or Federal Prosecution?

But I think that is pie in the sky stuff because I firmly believe there are a number of land mines out there for some of our democrats behavior.
