Anyone know what time McClellan is testifying before Congress today?
I heard MSNBC say that they're going to carry it live, but they never said what time it was going to be.

2. Scarborough said that he and Mika will be providing analysis of it
Pretty sure he said that they'll carry it live and add political commentary about it.
