Philippe Sands on "Fresh Air" talking torture...
http://www.npr.org/templates/rundowns/rundown.php?prgId=13 (might not be the same page later-- if not go to npr.org and click "Fresh Air")

If you can't listen, get the podcast when it's available tonight.

He talks of the extradition of Pinochet as the precedent for possibly extraditing high US officials for prosecution

He talks of administration stooges lying about 700 IRA terrorists outed through torture while the truth is the British government shortly stopped the torture because it was agreed to be illegal and simply created more pissed off IRA members and got no useful intel.

And he talks of many other things related to administration misdoings.

3. And both Dubya and Darth Cheney (as well as Rummy and Condi) ...
will want to travel internationally in future. That could well become risky for them. LOL!

8. That was an utterly fantastic interview....
I am very happy that I caught it. Everyone should go listen when available. One question I have....if monkeyboy, cheney or rumsfield get arrested in a foreign country, does the administration in charge declare it an act of war? Are there any countries with the balls to do what is right and arrest them in the first place? I guess thats two questions.B-)
